ICYMI: Donalds Joins The Bottom Line

WASHINGTON – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined The Bottom Line on Fox Business Network to discuss the Vice President Vance's upcoming trip to Minnesota.

Watch the full interview here.

"By the way, congratulations to the Vice President and his wife, Usha, on the new addition to their family. I know they're a great family, and they're going to do a tremendous job. The Vice President is doing the exact right thing. Going to Minnesota [and] speaking directly to this issue in ground zero because Democrats, frankly, have lost their minds. Look, if you have an issue with federal law, bring that to Capitol Hill. But the problem is now they're standing in the way, on purpose, of federal officials executing the law. And Joe Biden, when he was president of the United States and the former vice president of the United States, they did nothing to follow immigration law in the United States. They did nothing to follow and execute federal law, which is their duty under the Constitution of the United States. So, I applaud Vice President Vance for going to Minneapolis, speaking to this issue directly. Now is the time for real leadership and following the law and standing by the American people, not fomenting these astroturfed protests, which is what Tim Walz is doing, who, by the way, is a disaster of a governor. The only one that's worse than him is Newsom in California, but it's pretty close right now, considering all the fraud that's coming out. That's what should be happening. We need real leadership. That's why the Vice President's going."
