WASHINGTON – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined American Agenda on Newsmax to discuss Bill and Hillary Clinton defying subpoenas from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
"What Bill and Hillary Clinton have done is they've thumbed their nose at the House of Representatives. Any other citizen would have to answer that subpoena":
"It better because what Bill and Hillary Clinton have done is they've thumbed their nose at the House of Representatives. Any other citizen would have to answer that subpoena. They could have walked in here and pled the fifth. They chose not to do that. They sent some funky letter drafted by a lawyer, but that doesn't matter when it comes to a congressional subpoena. So, in my view, and I told the Speaker on the floor at our first vote series earlier today, that yes, we should hold them in contempt. It should be a vote on the floor of the House. That should go out immediately and [be] sent over to the Department of Justice."
