"So it’s never been affordable. It wasn’t affordable in 2014. It’s definitely not affordable now. The costs are going to continue to rise":

"The entire purpose of creating ObamaCare was to force people into a government run system that eventually became so unaffordable that the only arguments you could make were either to give it back to private insurance completely, or to put it into essentially Medicaid. If you ask Bernie Sanders, he wants Medicaid for all. That's what he advocates for now. So does AOC, so does the squad, so does so many progressive Democrats - that’s what they want. And so we’re at a situation right now where these premium tax credits, which will probably end up being negotiated at some point on Capitol Hill, is going to be just to sustain the program. But let’s be very clear, the purpose is single payer from the Democrats. They could have made these premium tax credits permanent when Joe Biden was president. They chose not to do that because they wanted the political conversation about tax credits and health care. That’s the entire purpose. If people look at what happened before ObamaCare, premiums adjusted for inflation were actually 90% cheaper than they are today because of all of the additional regulations and requirements that ObamaCare put on health insurance. So it’s never been affordable. It wasn’t affordable in 2014. It’s definitely not affordable now. The costs are going to continue to rise. So if you’re going to have a pure health care conversation, the real question is do the American people want to continue to subsidize more expensive health care into the future, or do we want to have more sensible health care based on private markets, based on patient satisfaction and based on doctor experience? Those are really the questions going forward."

"They’ve been focused on this since day one, since they came into the Oval Office, of getting these hostages home. This is monumental":

"It’s critical and number one, you have to credit the president and his team. They’ve been focused on this since day one, since they came into the Oval Office, of getting these hostages home. This is monumental. It’s very rare for these two groups. Obviously, Israel and Hamas to come to an agreement like this, it takes a third party to help broker a lot of this stuff. That’s where Marco Rubio, Steve Witkoff and so many of the president’s team have been critical in doing this so they should be commended. We just need to get the hostages home, that’s where this whole conflict really hinges at this point. Get the hostages home, and there’s a real opportunity for peace. Without that, it just continues to spiral. And let’s be clear, the reason why the hostages have not been returned is because Hamas uses them as political leverage. And, frankly, as a media leverage against Israel and IDF forces. That’s what’s been going on the last year and a half."
