WASHINGTON – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla on Fox News Radio to discuss the unity among b Republicans in the aftermath of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the current state of the Democrat Party, and his confrontation with Rep. Rashida Tlaib after she used the same inflammatory rhetoric against Republicans that was found on Tyler Robinson's bullet casings.

"He's [Charlie Kirk] had a major imprint on America and on America politically":
"First of all, uh, the funeral, the service yesterday was beautiful to watch. I watched a little bit of it as I was, as I was traveling. And I've been saying it,man, Charlie Kirk's one of one. He, he's gonna be a major, he's had a major imprint on America and on America politically. Uh, and I believe that what you're starting to see is his impact culturally on America, especially on young people. You know, family values, getting married, having kids - actually having that purpose in your life. These are gonna be some of the outcomes that are gonna, I think you're gonna see in younger generations, and Charlie Kirk has had a major impact on that. And on the left, they're worried about Jimmy Kimmel. It's so, it's so crazy to me. Listen, I think the thing that's really insane to me is that you have these radicals in the Democrat Party who are celebrating that he, that Charlie Kirk was assassinated and they're furious that Jimmy Kimmel got kicked off, got kicked off the air. I don't even understand, I don't even understand what your moral center is when that is your psychological makeup."
"If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all":
"They look very, very dumb right now to be blunt with you. They look stupid and I just think it's insane and I think the American people see this for what it is. Look, if you don't like a man just don't like a man but Charlie Kirk was assassinated, he's dead. At least have enough self-respect to just say nothing and keep your mouth shut. You know, it's the ol adage, Jimmy, your momma taught it to you. Well I don't know if your mom taught you but my mom definitely taught me. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. When a man dies, that basically how we're supposed to operate. If I don't like that person, you know what, out of respect, Imma keep my opinions to myself because that person is no longer on the face of the earth, they can't even defend themselves. But I find them to be highly outrageous, despicable, insane, crazy, put whatever label on it but it's dumb, it's not attractive. There's nothing there that's gonna make me be like, 'Ooo yes, these are the people that should be leading the country.'"
"It's like this thing that happened in the Oversight Committee the other day with me and Rashida Tlaib. She's calling people fascist, I challenge her, and what does she do? She's flailing, she's hysterical, she can't even get words out":
"Yeah, it is and I think the other reality they've woken up to that they've been furious about for about a decade now is that when you have alternative media, when you have podcasts, shows like yours, Jimmy, social media that is not being censored by the federal government and it's actually a free platform to exchange ideas - when that happens, they lose because they have no argument. It's like this thing that happened in the Oversight Committee the other day with me and Rashida Tlaib. She's calling people fascist, I challenge her, and what does she do? She's flailing, she's hysterical, she can't even get words out. I mean this is what happens so I think, you know, what we, the mantle that the conservative movement has to take going forward is you have to challenge Democrats at all times, you have to have strong debates against them at all times. Do not accept their premise, do not yield but at the same time, be respectful and make your point and I think that that gets received far more by the American people than by anything else."
