WASHINGTON – Last night, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined Rob Schmitt Tonight on Newsmax to discuss the federal investigation into John Bolton's alleged mishandling of classified documents and the controversy over Cracker Barrel's attempt to rebrand.

"If the allegations are true, Mr. Bolton's in serious, serious, serious trouble":
"This is very serious if the allegations are true. I think it’s important to not really talk much about the investigation that, that’s going on, but this has been an issue with, with certain individuals who've had access to the nation’s secrets with having a security clearance. And look, when you, sometimes when you turn on the news as a member of Congress, I have a security clearance, you would've read something that was in a skiff and it's on the news. So, this has been a concern for quite some time. What really needs to occur is that people are actually held accountable for this as opposed to it being swept under the rug. And so if the allegations are true, Mr. Bolton's in serious, serious, serious trouble."
"I’m glad to see Uncle Herschel is back on the logo – that’s a great sign for the company and for the country":
"Well, first, I’m glad to see Uncle Herschel is back on the logo - that’s a great sign for the company and for the country. I waited tables at Cracker Barrel for four years. My last three and a half when I was in college. And it was the summer of, of 2001 where, you know, several people who came at different points over the summer wanted to pray over me, pray over my life and try to, you know, really impart on me that there was a bigger plan in my life. At the time, [I] had no idea, you know, where they were going with it. But I remember one of my last tables, it was a revival about 10, 10 people in a passer coming back from a revival and they prayed over my life in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel. I gave my life to Christ, and the rest is history, so it does hold a special place in my heart. Glad to see that the, the ethos and the culture of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is gonna continue for a lot much longer in United States."
