"Once again, you have radical judges who are more concerned with the outcomes than actually upholding the law":

"What I make of it is, once again, you have radical judges who are more concerned with the outcomes than actually upholding the law, number one, and making sure the American people are safe. That’s the problem that we have. It doesn’t matter if it’s Alligator Alcatraz. Obviously, Gavin Newsom giving a driver’s license to an illegal truck driver killing three in Florida, this is why the law must be upheld...law and order must reign. And so, I know in Florida the governor’s not going to let this stand, he’s going to continue to fight forward to make sure that we are protecting Floridians at every turn. These judges that that come up with these rulings, quite frankly, are not helping American people."

"Every action that he signed or the auto pen signed is null and void":

"This is ridiculous. First of all, Ian Sams is a hack, we all know that. He was a hack during President Biden’s term. Trying to, basically, accuse everybody of being wrong about what we knew, that Joe Biden wasn't mentally capable of doing his job. And so now that we know he only met with him twice, further continues to create the imagery that there was a cocoon around Joe Biden, probably led by his wife and his chief of staff, to hide him from the American people. And that’s why my position on this has been clear from day one. If it becomes basically known beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was not mentally capable of discharging his duties, then every action that he signed or the autopen signed is null and void. That is the remedy in a matter like this. You can’t have administrative staff hide the infirmities of an American President. And by the way, people are looking at Donald Trump and how in all of the great work that he is doing right now even trying to negotiate peace deals directly with other leaders. Does anybody believe that Joe Biden had any capability to negotiate peace between the Russians and the Ukrainians? Obviously, the answer is no. Elections have consequences, America. We have to have people who can do the jobs, not people who are going to hide behind their staffs. The Democrats just want power. They cannot be trusted with the reins of power in our country again. This is another proof of the fact that they don't care about the American people, they only care about themselves."
