FORT MYERS, Fla. – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) partnered with members of the Community Cooperative Soup Kitchen, the Popeyes Foundation, Popeyes franchisees, and community leaders to provide food and assistance to 400 Southwest Florida families in need.
