ICYMI: Donalds Joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla

WASHINGTON – This afternoon, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla on Fox News Radio to discuss today's White House meeting between President Trump, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and European leaders, and President Trump's crackdown on crime in our nation's capital.

Listen to the full interview here.

"It’s in everybody’s interest in Europe for this thing to come to an end":

"I hope so, I, I think so. I mean look, there's some stuff that Zelenskyy is gonna have to be willing to accept and I think it's not just about the President trying to convey that to him, it’s a lotta leaders in Europe trying to convey that as well. Because you know the reason why Europe has a keen interest goes without saying. If Russia takes Ukraine, now they’re all on alert and that's just a fact. That's just the fact of the matter. So, I think it’s in everybody’s interest in Europe for this thing to come to an end. So you know, I think, some of their goals there is to see the full implications of this deal because it doesn’t just impact Ukraine. It impacts Ukraine directly, but it impacts all of Europe. So I think it’s a good thing that those leaders are there, let's see what they come up with."

"I talked to the President about this the other day and I told him he’s doing the exact right thing":

"A member of Congress got carjacked in D.C. His name is Henry Cuellar, he's a Democrat. He’s a Hispanic Democrat out of South Texas. He got carjacked in D.C. So you’re right, they don’t care about what party you're in, it comes for everybody. It comes for every race, it comes for every creed. And so you know I think the President, I talked to the President about this the other day and I told him he’s doing the exact right thing - ignore the Democrats, they have no ideas, they have nothing of substance. They just want to oppose Donald Trump, and if the mayor of D.C. and the city council were serious about this, they could have taken care of this issue a long time ago - they did not. So yeah, the President stepped in and said, enough is enough."
