American's benefit from the passing of this bill:

"The truth of the matter is - this bill will be transformational for the American people. Small business owners, not only do they keep their current tax policy, but with automatic deduction, universal deduction, when they actually put out the money for capital expenditures that's going to be a boom to American business. Working families, people who work on tips, people who are working hourly wages, and working overtime - they make out big in this package. We're securing the border, preparing for the future of national defense, getting our energy system in place the way it needs to be going, drill, baby, drill. There is so much here and we also make meaningful reforms to Medicaid and some of the other programs that are spending a lot of money."

This is a great bill for tax policy and to reign in spending:

“Tax policy is for the American people to thrive. Where you don't strangle them by taking too much from them, and on the other side when it comes to spending, we are getting things under control... Great bill, a lot of work has gone into this, and we're gonna get it done."
