WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) issued the following statement regarding H.R. 842. 

"H.R. 842 is the Democrat Party's latest attempt to impose the will of donors and special interest groups over the American people, especially at the expense of our small business community and blue-collar workers. This radical union boss wish list would overturn right-to-work laws in Florida and 26 other states, forcing workers to fund labor unions they do not wish to join. Additionally, this strong-arm bill diminishes workers' and employers' rights while also creating a one-size-fits-all formula designed to benefit nobody other than the Democratic Party through this ham-fisted handout to mega-donors like the labor unions."
