Throughout his more than four-decade-long exemplary career in law enforcement, Chief Diggs epitomized the commitment and devotion to service entrusted to our first responders. The people of Fort Myers benefited greatly from his steadfast commitment to their safety and peace of mind, and we are forever indebted to heroes like Chief Diggs. May God comfort his family and loved ones at this devastating time, and may his memory be a blessing."
