The Biden Administration has set a troubling standard as to who receives a COVID-19 vaccine. On February 2nd, I sent a letter to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security calling on the Secretary and the Department to halt any effort that prioritizes vaccinating illegal migrant populations over Americans.
