Frankly the American people have had enough:

"Listen, I voted 'No' on the deal. I don't agree with it. Look, I understand some of the pressures that members are facing but we have a responsibility to do everything we can to secure our Southern border, and continuing the spending of Nancy Pelosi, and the policies of Nancy Pelosi does not get us there. And let me add this, the strategy from Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer this entire time has been to slow-walk everything, never really get in a room, wait 'til the last minute to negotiate, and frankly the American people have had enough. We've given enough time to get these spending deals done. They've been playing around over there in the Senate for months and I don't think we should be playing that game anymore."
