WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) announced his joining of the Advanced Nuclear Caucus—co-chaired by Representatives Bill Foster (D-IL) and Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN). This bipartisan caucus aims to raise awareness about current challenges facing the nuclear industry, promote the development of advanced nuclear, and foster the domestic and global deployment of advanced nuclear reactors.
“As Putin’s war continues to destabilize Europe and as Biden’s war on American energy skyrockets costs, the time is now to revitalize our nation’s energy independence,” said Rep. Donalds. “I’m excited to be joining the bipartisan Advanced Nuclear Caucus, and I’m looking forward to advancing common-sense policies that promote increased production of clean American nuclear energy.”
